If I understand correctly, Shelby Reynolds was one of the riders that was supposed to start the Women’s Madison on Sunday so that there would be enough teams to have it qualify as a National Championship event.
The registration is already paid for, and all we need is one woman, qualified to compete at Elite Nationals, to start the race.
Not one Madison exchange is even required.
